New www.deltacargo.com features enhanced graphic, easy to navigate features that packs the entire offering into an easy surf ’n cruise.
The revamped site has a new look and
feel and is built with user-friendly
design elements for self-service mobile
and tablet usage. Customers can book
their cargo transport needs from anywhere,
at any time – and on any device. “We incorporated many thoughtful features to increase its ease of use and wanted to make it comfortable for customers to transact with us – our number one tenet.” Generating $934 million in revenue in 2014, Delta Cargo’s product shipping portfolio is vast, including same-day DASH shipments (a premium domestic service for small packages), perishables (flowers, fish/seafood, fruits/vegetables and other foodstuff) and high-value items (artwork, antiques and jewelry). The easy to use website has an innovative, step-by-step booking process, quote estimator, side-by-side pricing comparisons and the ability to view scheduled and in-transit shipping orders to more than 320 destinations in 59 countries spanning six continents. Delta Cargo also offers GPS On-Demand, providing real-time tracking and monitoring for critical shipments. Designed for the customer, as top priority, there’s no advanced booking required, and Delta handles the reverse logistics. From the website, customers can track the temperature, light and humidity readings, as well as exact shipment locations. Geoffrey |
