Escape From The World Trade Center |
We have known Jim Larsen for as long as we have been in the air cargo business. Always a stand-up guy and air cargo pioneer to boot, Jimmy served at Seaboard World Airways, the great pioneer carrier that spawned many other air cargo greats like Bill Boesch, John Mahoney, Dick Jackson, Guenter Rohrmann and Vincent Chabrol, the list goes on. As it can happen, fate came right up and landed on Jim Larsen’s desk September 11, 2001. Two days later on September 13, Jim appeared at our place with a typed manuscript in his hand. To read the story click here. Or listen to the story here. Today Jim lives in Toms River, New Jersey. Sadly, in February Jim lost the love of his life, Annette. Always a positive spirit, Jim in 2022 embraces life, friends and family, planning a Rhine River Cruise at Christmas Markets time with his niece later this year. |
