Sweet Summer Farewell

   One of the more endearing aspects of our business is the love of airplanes we all feel everyday.
   Here are some of the 450 people of Lufthansa Technik at Berlin-Schönefeld Airport (SXF) bidding auf wiedersehen to the last Boeing B737s maintained at that base on July 12.
   A320s will replace the aircraft type come October.
   The picture of these folks having a plate and toast together in a sweet goodbye to their airplanes on a summer afternoon tells a wonderful story about aviation culture.
