The Champ Comes Home… An Eastern Airlines charter brings Mohammed Ali home to Louisville, Kentucky, from Phoenix, Arizona, where he died on Friday, June 3. The sports world along with much of the rest of the planet is mourning the loss of “The Greatest.”
This Friday, June 10, in Louisville, Kentucky, the public will bid a final farewell in a memorial service celebrating the life of Ali. President Bill Clinton and others will be in attendance.
