If Mehmet Gürkan, VP Cargo Sales of the Americas for Turkish Cargo, has his way, the rest of 2018 will continue accelerating a new plan of action initiated by the innovative and dynamic Turhan Özen, top executive of Istanbul-based Turkish Cargo.
     “We want to let our customers and service partners know that Turkish Cargo is not in the capacity game.
     “Turkish is investing in service and providing the tools needed to achieve success all around for the customer and the airline.

     “What that means is real time response to questions and concerns dealing with specific commodities and markets and shipments.
     “For example, our team is working with service partners while in Dallas this week to just listen, most of all.
     “This activity is going on everywhere as we speak at Turkish Cargo.
     “Our people worldwide are out of their offices into the field putting a face on Turkish Cargo.
     “We are excited about the launch of 3CS Service.
     “3CS classifies customer feedback according to request and priority.
     “3CS follows all input and provides answers with the result of enhanced standardization.
